Class policy Cancellation Up to 24 Hours Before Start Time: Participants may cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any charges If the class is redeemed from a Package\Pass\Plan\or any programs, the class session will be returned to the account. More details will show in the Package\Pass\Plan\or any program policy. Within 24 Hours of Start Time: Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will not issue any refund. Reschedule is limited
