Service Description
- Suitable for ages 7+ TDS Kids Registration Terms & Conditions By registering for any classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, camps, workshops, or other activities offered by TDS Kids, parents/legal guardians acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Tuition and fees are non-refundable and nonexchangeable unless otherwise approved by TDS Kids. Missed classes, rehearsals, or activities are not eligible for refunds. 2. Students are expected to attend classes, rehearsals, performances, and competitions on time and demonstrate respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, fellow students, and families. 3. Parents understand that participation in dance and physical activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling, parents voluntarily assume these risks and release TDS Kids, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries that may occur during participation. 4. TDS Kids reserves the right to make changes to schedules, instructors, classes, rehearsal times, performance opportunities, and competition participation as necessary. 5. By enrolling in TDS Kids programs, parents/legal guardians grant TDS Kids permission to photograph, record, and film participating students during classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, camps, workshops, and other studio-related activities. 6. Parents/legal guardians understand and agree that TDS Kids may use, edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute such photos, videos, and recordings for promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes, including but not limited to the studio website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu (RED), printed materials, advertisements, and other media platforms, without additional notice or compensation. 7. Parents/legal guardians waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for the use of such images, videos, or recordings. 8. TDS Kids will use all media content solely for studio-related promotional, educational, and marketing purposes and will not sell or transfer student images to unrelated third parties. The studio will never sell, transfer, or use a student’s image for purposes unrelated to studio activities 9. Enrollment in any TDS Kids program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By completing registration, the parent/legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.

Tina’s Dance Studios (TDS) Registration Terms & Conditions By registering for any class, rehearsal, performance, competition, camp, workshop, private lesson, event, or activity offered by Tina’s Dance Studios (“TDS”), the participant, or parent/legal guardian of a minor participant, agrees to the following: 1. All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved by TDS. Missed classes or activities are not eligible for refunds or credits. 2. Participants are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants. TDS reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. 3. Participation in dance and physical activities involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling, the participant, or parent/legal guardian of a minor participant, assumes all risks and releases TDS, its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except where prohibited by law. 4. TDS reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and studio policies as needed. 5. TDS may photograph, record, or film participants during studio activities and may use such media for promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes, including the studio website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu (RED), printed materials, and advertisements, without additional notice or compensation. 6. TDS will use media only for studio-related purposes and will not sell participant images to unrelated third parties. 7. Enrollment in any TDS program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By completing registration, the participant, or parent/legal guardian of a minor participant, confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
