Cancellation Policy

1. Registration & Payment Full payment is required to secure your child’s spot in the camp. All registrations are final and non-refundable. We reserve camp spots based on confirmed payments only. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy All camp fees are non-refundable once payment is made. Tuition will not be pro-rated or credited for missed days. We reserve the right to cancel a camp due to low enrollment. In this case, you will be given the opportunity to switch offerings or to receive a full refund. 3. Health & Safety The safety of all children is our top priority. Parents must ensure that: • Children arrive in good health and are able to participate in activities. • Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs are communicated during registration. • Emergency contact information is accurate and up to date. If a child becomes ill during camp, parents will be contacted and asked to pick up the child promptly. 4. Drop-off & Pick-up Policy • Children must be escorted by a parent to and from our premises and accompanied until they are received. We are not a childcare provider and are not responsible for unaccompanied children. • All campers must be signed in and out daily by an authorized adult. 5. Late Pick-up Policy Please respect the scheduled pickup time so our staff can close the facility safely. If a child is picked up late: • A $15 late fee per 10 minutes may apply. • Continued late pickups may result in removal from the program. 6. Lunch & Personal Belongings Parents must provide: • Lunch • Water bottle • Comfortable clothing suitable for dance and activities We will provide snacks during the camp. Please label all personal belongings. 7. Behavior Expectations To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all campers are expected to: • Follow instructor directions • Respect other students and staff • Participate safely in activities If a student’s behavior repeatedly disrupts the camp or compromises safety, we may contact parents and reserve the right to dismiss the student from the program without refund. 8. Program Changes In rare cases, schedules, instructors, or activities may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will always strive to provide the best possible experience for all campers. 9. Media Release Unless a written opt-out request is submitted, the program reserves the right to take photographs or videos of camp activities for promotional and educational purposes, including our website and social media.
