Cancellation Policy
Tina's Dance Studios Rental Services Policy The services include sound system, bathrooms, AC, and Basic stage lighting in preset mode accessibility. Canceled and reschedule: 1, Self-canceling and rescheduling can be done in the renter's account of any reservation required 7 days before the start time. 2, If you want to cancel or reschedule outside of the self-cancel window, please get in touch with us by email: admin@tinasdancestudios.com to request. 3, Please notice that 50% of the rental cost will be charged if the cancellation request is within 7 days of the reservation. 4, All renters will be financially responsible for all damage charges incurred during the rental period. Renter responsible: 1, The renter agrees to place all the equipment back where found and make sure the studio is in the same condition as when arrived. 2, The renter shall make sure all dancers wear CLEAN and appropriate shoes on the dance floor for each studio. 3, The renter is responsible for all items within Tina’s Dance Studio at the time of rental and any damage to the studio including the floors, glass doors, and any equipment will charge a fee. 4, No outside food or beverages except water within the studio. 5, No open flames in any studio, inkling candles. THE HOLD HARMLESS & FINANCIAL AGREEMENT: The renter agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Tina’s Dance Studio and its staff from any liability for any damage or injuries to themselves, the people accompanying them, guests, or renter’s business invitees. The renter agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Tina’s Dance Studio and its staff from any liability for any loss or damage to property owned by the renter, the people accompanying renter, guests, or renter’s business invites. The renter agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Tina’s Dance Studio and its staff from any liability for any claims and demands including attorney fees, arising out of the party’s participation rentals or in dance classes, private lessons, rehearsals, and/or performances provided by or participated in, through Tina’s Dance Studio.
